My understanding of balancing cells is running the board battery completely dead multiple times by holding it in the air and running the battery out. From what i've seen online the issue is a connection in the battery compartment, if your ok with voiding the warranty it looks like a simple fix but a bit of a pain in the a😳 to open up the battery. Now it doesnt turn on, the button doesn’t even flash it just stays.

My day streaks are not updating! If the error 16 is constant, there may be an actual issue with your board. Is the led pulsing or blinking? If your board does not respond to the charger, it may indicate a problem with either the board or the charger.
