Someone who’s more experienced can give a better explanation, but when you have higher fence rep your scav has a higher chance of spawning with higher tier loot. So much so that a lot of them have been shut down.
New eod perks will be balanced too. I'm curious as to what sort of fps you guys are getting in tarkov at the moment and what sort of cpu/gpu/ram you're using. Tarkov is a great game in general, so of course it can still be fun considering the basic framework is fine, but specifically as a dedicated pve experience, it sucks.
