Everytime i try to teleport to someone else base it says unable to download. Upgrade to current gen console. Some people pass beyond the upload limit in base parts, and still upload to server.

Right now there is a bug (from the most recent update) dramatically affecting online discovery services (ods). Trying to teleport to another players base, and it says unable to download base, this happens with everyones base unless i'm in the anomaly. I'm unable to download no man's sky on pc using the xbox game pass.
When trying to visit bases of other folks i can see the bases in the portal selection, but every one i select it makes an attempt to get it and tell me it's unable to download the base.
Almost any base i want to warp to has this pop up, seemingly only the bases in the system i'm in actually load. I've never been able to visit another player's base for some reason. It depends where you are, if you go to the space station, save and reload, it will refresh your cache and then if there are bases in the system you should see them on the discoveries page.

We can see the bases fine (or eventually figured that part out), but when he'd select the base it would give him a downloading base and then cannot download base where the warp button. I tried to warp to someone's base but says unable to download base. Even on the rare occasion that the download works and i can use the teleporter i just spawn in an empty area. If the base has too many parts, it ain't gonna function right. It's the same server issue that prevents system names and discoveries from uploading and downloading consistently.
