Really hope it works out for you. My hcg blood draws last week were. The doctor did an abdominal scan, but there was no yolk sac, no fetal pole—just a small gestational sac. A week later (today) i’m suppose to be 7 weeks now and my abdominal scan showed both sacs but no fetal pole measuring at 6 weeks.
My hcg levels are 7,964 (which could be due to the presence of the sac). According to lmp i would be 7w1d , but sac measured 6w4d. I just had my first appt today and the yolk sac was measuring 7 weeks but no fetal pole. I should be 7.5 weeks or more.

I had an ultrasound last week at 6weeks 1 day and was. I had my first ultrasound thursday and they saw a gestational sac and yolk sac but no fetal pole. I attended an early scan as have history of ectopic, lmp 15/03, made me about 7 weeks 4 days at date of scan, had an abdominal scan and could only see a sac and yolk, no.

After reading many stories of. Also evaluated fetal head and purple line length and found that total purple line length was correlated with fetal head position and the mean values were 86.52 ± 23.61 at. But i had my us yesterday but still a growing gestational sac and a yolk sac was there. I have heard of some fetal pole not showing at 6 weeks due to a retroverted uterus, so it may apply at 7 weeks too.
