I've still been having some pain. I had an ultrasound last friday and there was a gestational sac but no yolk sac and no fetal pole visible. According to lmp i would be 7w1d , but sac measured 6w4d.

Hello, went for a transvaginal scan at 6 + 6 and they could see gestational sak + yoke but no fetal pole. I have heard of some fetal pole not showing at 6 weeks due to a retroverted uterus, so it may apply at 7 weeks too. My doctor says maybe miscarriage or maybe too early. Dr doing ultrasound said he could see a gestational sac and yolk but no fetal pole.

If your pregnancy sac measures 25mm or more then it should contain a small embryonic pole/baby.
I know i could be around 6 weeks but. I attended an early scan as have history of ectopic, lmp 15/03, made me about 7 weeks 4 days at date of scan, had an abdominal scan and could only see a sac and yolk, no.
