Today, i cut about 3/4 inch from the 4l60e tailshaft, and bolted on the 700r4 tail housing. I ended up constructing a tail shaft housing trans mout that bolts to the horizontal cross member bolts on the 4l60e, and on the top of the case at the rear. I need to call and see if i can find you one.
Simply remove case and adapter and bolt new tail on and use a th375 yoke.
