Empty Sac At 7 Weeks Any Hopetimeline Photos This Should Have Been Our Pregnancy Announcement
We were called for another u/s a week later at 7 weeks & only saw empty gestational sac, no baby or yolk sac inside. I was 7 weeks when i went but all they could see was an empty sac, they said that they should be able to see more by that point and that i may have dates wrong. I'm feeling pretty distraught, this is my first ever pregnancy, we tried hard for 7 months and i'm absolutely devastated thinking the worst.

They are rescanning in a week. Does anyone have experience with a vanishing twin? I had a scan today that has just broken me 😞.
To give some background i went for a scan at what my dr and i thought (according to my period) was 6.5 weeks and the scan.
The scan showed a yolk sac, and slight thickening of the sac on one side which indicates the growth of a baby. At the ultrasound yesterday the sac was empty. They said it’s 50/50 at. I then went in for a pregnancy scan this morning at 7w3d but got told the sac was empty and that it could be possible that the baby stopped developing or is delayed.
Today i had my follow up scan at 8 weeks. By my ivf dates i’m 7+1. Wondering if i can still do nipt test and looking. I am supposed to be seven weeks along and at my ultrasound yesterday (thursday) all they saw was an empty gestational sac that measured 6 weeks, 5 days.

Just got back from my first ultrasound at exactly 7 weeks.
I had my dating scan this morning as according to my lmp i should be 7 weeks today, but all that was there was a gestational sac measuring at 5 weeks 3 days, a 'yolk sac'. Doctor found empty sac at 7 weeks and one healthy baby with heartbeat. The gestation sac did grow since the previous u/s & measured. A yolk sac, which indicates a viable pregnancy, is usually seen within the gestational sac by 35 days gestation.
What does an empty gestational sac mean? I had low and slow rising betas and yesterday at my scan a sac could be seen, but it was empty. Today i had an ultrasound (7 weeks 1 day) and the gestational sac was visible, but no baby. The hcg is around 10k, which.

Normally i should be around 7 weeks pregnant, but never had regular cycles to know for sure.
The scan showed an empty sac but the doctor wants me to go back in a week. This is after my first positive beta in 5 years of trying. My hcg only started to rise after 10dp5dt (it was only 19) so. My doctor said there is a 50/50 chance of it being a blighted ovum.
I have slightly tender breasts but no. At 7 weeks i went in again, and saw nothing but a still growing, empty sac. Today i had a follow up scan at 6 weeks 6 days, so pretty much 7 weeks. The sac has grown but it appears empty.
