Dt466 No Start 2006 International 4300 Crank
Apply b+ volts and ground to the ipr valve. Purpose to determine if intake or exhaust. Remove the egr valve and visually make sure it is not stuck.

Then it kicks into limp mode. When turning the key, i hear a few clicks from relays, none however seem to indicate that the starter is drawing any power (and amp meter hardly drops at all). 2 weeks ago the truck would crank very very slowly, i could not drive the truck to the shop as it would not start.
Is there a ecm connector and push button under the steering column?.
Tonight it would not start with primer, no leaks detected. It's a 1996 international 4900 with the dt466e turbo. Took the batteries to local parts store to get checked. Do not leave the ipr valve energized longer than 120.
(harness fault may be more common on later design engines due to the jumper harness in the valve cover. Engine start at unplugged ipc can indicate icp or harness fault. In other words, a dt466 egr motor. See if the start circuit is part of the ecm controls.

2002 INTERNATIONAL 4300 DT466 NO START COLD......STARTS AT 50* BUT NOT
Got an 01 int 4900 with a dt466 ht with a crank no start with no attempt to even try firing up.
This post deals with a no start issue on a 2007 maxforce dt. Usually if the engine cannot sustain fuel pressure it might start but will stall after a little bit as soon as the pressure drops off. Until it hits to many hills. My 2007 dt466e is not starting without either.
Went to start it and it sputtered and died, now won't fire at all. I get fuel out the shraeder. While cranking the engine, the engine could start. If not, it should be a matter of tracing down voltages.

Do the injectors buzz when the key is turned on?
I suspect the cold weather isn't helping things (just below freezing). Does the turbo actuator cycle when the key is turned on? If the pump is strong then it could be the fuel. There is a 2 wire plug that connects to a brass colored piece close to the high prssure braided hose that carries oil to the.
After you get it running with either it will run fine. I changed the fuel filter and cleaned out the sediment screen a few days ago. I can stop shut the truck off. The truck was towed in and the word was that it wouldn't start for the owner on monday.
