I've never been able to visit another player's base for some reason. Everytime i try to teleport to someone else base it says unable to download. Translate, rotate and scale base parts wherever.

Not sure if just reloading the game or restarting the game makes a difference, but what i do is completely exit the game. If it's another player's base, i think it means it's because they're not in the system anymore and therefore their base isn't accessible via teleporter.
