I would heavily recommend the dlcs, they add tons of content, both visual and mission wise, and if youre willing to put in some time to mod the game, it actually can. It's my go to for any shooting game nowaday. Base to gold is worth it, the dlc missions are better than the base game.

Despite being one of breakpoint's main haters, i would say $10 is worth it. I recently downloaded breakpoint as a distraction from the last of us part 1 hype. Overall wildlands is way better than breakpoint in my books. On a pure gameplay/mechanics level, breakpoint is going to feel similar.

The game has been revamped since its release and now it plays like an improved wildlands (with some caveats).
Pvp is still ok but there are some really extreme players on there. Instead, breakpoint is none of those. Since ubisoft is all about censorship, you're fighting americans now. If you're on the fence, there's no harm in waiting for a sale and grabing the version with all the goodies.
My favorite is solo stealth. If you’re wondering whether ghost recon breakpoint is worth playing right now, short answer: If you're not looking for a story you care about, and gameplay is a much bigger thing for you, then breakpoint is definitely worth it. The game is just filled with fetch quests in a very empty open world.

Is ghost recon breakpoint worth buying at 80% discount? It's fun for a bit but gets to feeling bloated and highly repetitive very. With its engaging storyline, tactical gameplay, and cooperative play, ghost recon: Wildlands was superior but ever since they added ai and a few qol changes in breakpoint, i would say it’s worth it.
