I cracked the lines and i am getting fuel to the pump from the primary filter but none. Check the fuses in the battery box & under the hood on the driver side. I replaced return lines, caps, and fuel filter.
I put the fuel tank suction line in a bottle with diesel and all it does is blowing air in it instead of.

Turns out my hand primer pump is bad. If so, here are the things to check, fuel level in your tank, fuel lines for dry rot or cracking. Was very hard to prime, but got it primed. Yes, you are losing fuel prime, i just gave you suggestions to check, don't rule them out, check them.
After about 30 seconds of cranking it will start up and then run fine. The only codes i get are 111 and 626. Check the fuses in the battery box & under the hood on the driver side. It seems like the pump is losing its prime.

I should also add, recently replaced mechanical fuel. I pulled the fuel filters and the primary was full but the secondary filter was sucked down. It pushes water out from under the plastic pump cap, which means it's not creating. I recommend replacing the the primer pump.
