Stellantis recalls 201,619 ram heavy duty & chassis cab trucks for wiper issue! Is this the preferred mode when its a bit slick out but you are.

The dt is a newer/redesigned cab & bed. The outdoorsman seems to come stock with small paint matched fender flares.
I'm looking at purchasing a ram 1500 late 4th gen. We’re the ultimate dodge ram forum to talk about the ram 1500, 2500 and 3500 including the cummins powered models. The 4th gen is a ds, & the 5th gen is a dt. Would side steps from any 4th gen work?

I'm not sure if my 2017 ram 1500 r/t is the right vehicle for what i’m aiming for.
I assume 4 auto is just rwd and kicks in the front tires if it detects slip. I would like us to start a decent thread where everyone with a 4th gen dodge, soon to own, or had can just show off their beasts. Non tech related ram threads belong here. I can't offer a conclusive answer but i can offer that.
